OK, so I was having such a hard time getting my 9 year old to do well in school. A friend of mine
suggested one of those Learning Centers to me like Sylvan but I can't afford that! Then, I happened to
stumble across a new system that's just been released here in the USA called Linkonlearning (
www.linkonlearning.com ) and I tried it out. It's much cheaper than even a tutor!
There are games, lessons from preschool to 8th grade, report cards, dictionaries, translators, word of
the day, everything! I can't get my daughter off of it now and her grades in school have improved by 2
whole grade points!!!
Just thought I'd spread the word about it. It's a wonderful program and my daughter's becoming more
adept at working the computer too!

"My grade 4/5 class has been using the new Linkonlearning program since November 2003. We were lucky enough to be chosen as
one of the classrooms to be used in their case study.
The program was easy to learn and my students have been enthusiastically using the site to supplement their classroom work. I have

children's education.

As teacher, I have seen a definite improvement in my student's work, specifically in the areas of mathematics, reading
comprehension, grammar, spelling and creative writing, since beginning the program. Since this program allows me as a teacher to

"I am the computer lab manager at Jamaica Elementary School and we have had the pleasure of piloting “Linkonlearning” since early
January of this year.
Linkonlearning has been a great site for our students to work with. The teachers here like the curriculum and say that it’s close to
what they are using here. I think it would be a great idea if the teachers here could implement their own curriculum.
The teachers like having the freedom to put their students at the level they feel they would do best at.
The students really like the graphics and that someone can read the instructions to them. They enjoy the games and that after 3
lessons they can go to recess. My fifth graders like the “chat room” environment. They said they feel safe while using it. It’s a great
way to teach the students how to be safe within a “chat room”. The teachers like that they can see everything that the student’s type
and that they will be locked out if there is any bad content.
The students ask to go to “Linkonlearning” at the beginning of lab time.
They really like this site!"
